This luxury hospitality project, located along the coastal belt of Odisha, presented a unique set of challenges, including extremely high wind pressure, elevated humidity, and saline exposure. Leveraging our technical expertise and end-to-end execution capabilities, we designed and installed a comprehensive system of premium aluminium doors and windows integrated with a high-performance glazing solution.

To address the intense wind load, measured at over 3 kpa, our in-house team proposed high-grade aluminium doors & windows, ensuring robust structural integrity and long-term durability. All systems were thermally broken, using polyamide insulation strips to enhance energy efficiency and reduce heat transfer, which is crucial for maintaining indoor comfort in high-temperature coastal climates. Sealing and structural bonding were completed using high-performance silicone sealants and mechanical anchoring systems to ensure air- and water-tightness under all conditions.

Every stage—from structural analysis and shop drawing development to fabrication, site coordination, and final installation—was managed by our in-house design and execution team. The systems were installed with EPDM gaskets, multi-point locks, drainage provisions, and custom reinforcements, all aligned with architectural aesthetics and technical requirements.
